Mick Walker pulled out of the Society Place promo shoot saying he had too much work on. I spoke to Dan Howarth and pushed the release of the book back until the 15th of Jan. It just doesn’t feel ready.
On the upside, filmmaker Jamie Hooper (director of The Creeping) read Nerveshredder and said he loved it and that it was “super inventive and loads of fun”, so that picked me up a bit.
Think I need to step back a bit over Christmas and recharge. Also think I need to write some prose. That always helps centre me.
